Twelve South Return Policy
If you purchased a product directly from the Twelve South website, we offer a 30-day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for refund or replacement. All returns must be shipped to Twelve South at the customer's expense. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support at either 800-858-1276, or emailing email@example.com.
A customer may return any item(s) purchased from twelvesouth.com for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Please note that shipping fees paid for the original order will not be refunded. Items purchased from authorized Twelve South resellers can be returned to the reseller according to their individual return policy.
A customer may replace any item(s) purchased from twelvesouth.com or an authorized retailer within one year of the purchase. Learn more about our Product Warranty.
You can purchase a variety of Twelve South products from our Authorized Resellers, both in-store and online. We can only offer warranty replacement for products purchased from these resellers. Any full refund returns will need to be made through the designated reseller and in accordance with their return policy.
Holiday Return Policy
The 30-day return and exchange policy will be extended for the holidays. Orders submitted November 14th through December 14th will have until January 14th to request a Return Authorization. Please note that these returns must reach our warehouse by January 31st to receive a refund.
